School Uniform

Wearing of school uniform is compulsory on all working days including the day when a student is celebrating his/her birthday

Punctuality

All students must reach the school premises by 8.45 a.m. on all working days. Parents who drop their children at the school in the morning are specially requested to ensure this.

Any student who is unable to take any test or examination due to illness must submit an application along with medical certificate to get the benefit of weightage or re-test

Re-Scheduling of dispersal arrangements after school in the evening

To ensure maximum safety and security of each child the following dispersal arrangements have been put in place after school in the evening.

Departure of School Buses : School Buses will leave at 3:30 p.m.

Departure of students who travel by auto-rikshaws: Students who travel by auto-rikshaws will assemble in the car porch area in front of the Main Building. The drivers of each auto-rikshaw will personally collect their children from the car porch area at 3.35 p.m.

Students who go by bicycles : To leave at 3.35 p.m. from the cycle stand area

Students who go on their own either on foot or by using other modes of conveyance : To leave from the class rooms at 3.35 p.m.

Attendance

No student shall be absent from class without genuine reason. Parents must clearly state the reason for the absence in the leave record of the School Diary.
A minimum of 90% attendance is stipulated for promotion.Students are not allowed to go out of the campus during school hours including recess time.
Students suffering from contagious diseases will not be permitted to attend school until they are completely cured.

School Assembly

The morning session begins with the assembly at 09:00 hrs with all the students and staff members attending the same.
All the students should assemble class-wise in the designated places according to their class for the morning assembly, with teachers.
During the assembly, all students have to observe proper decorum and solemnity befitting the occasion.
After the prayer, pledge, news, announcements, principals address, short speeches by Students/Teachers etc. regular classes for the day will starts.
